  1. This is incredible! Good for you, mama. You really are making these amazing changes for yourself AND your littles. I’m in the process of detoxing from sugar and grains and processed foods. It’s been fine for the most part except I struggle with getting enough carbs and feeling full. Anyhow, way to go—keep on keeping on!

    Good for you and congratulations on the newborn!!! I really feel like sugar is such an easy thing to get addicted to. I find myself reaching into our candy jar at work way more than I care to admit, but when I’m home, I tend to just not keep it in the house…

  3. That’s so great that you were able to stick to it and cut back during your pregnancy. So hard when there are so many crazy wacky things happening to your body at the same time! 🙂 Love your reminder for mamas to be and new mamas to give themselves some grace. So important!
