  1. I wish you the best on your goals- it’s hard fitting in change when things are so up in the air you can’t establish a routine. Writing and sharing your plans and results with others is a great way to make yourself stick to it and I’m cheering you on!

  2. It is always hard to get back in the swing of things health wise. Yet, it seems so easy to back slide. The good part is that we can always start over and try again. Making health a part of our every day. I have found that making smaller ways to tackle health make it easier for me to be healthy. Try tracking your steps each day and add a few steps until you get to a regular goal of 10,000. Set reminders to get up every hour and walk around the office or block, or even do some planks during commercials. Small things add up to big changes…
