I know it’s been awhile since I’ve done a Fitness Friday post but I am posting today! I saw this survey on Carrots ‘n’ Cake  this morning and thought it would be the perfect come back post.

I really don’t listen to music when I workout, I’m some what of a purist-however when I run on the treadmill at the gym I like to watch (and read the captions) of The Real Housewives, Kardashians or NCIS.

Favorite Pre-Workout Snack or Meal:

Toast with almond butter.

On My Fitness Bucket List:

  • Run a Disney 1/2 marathon
  • Run a race in every state (any distance)
  • Run a 10k
  • Run a 15k
