  1. I’m so glad you’re going to head to a running store to get your next pair of running shoes. I think those running shoe advisors online can be good, but nothing replaces an expert watching your run, your footfall, etc and helping pick out the best shoe for you! 🙂

How funny, I just switched from Asics, which I have sworn by for at least 5 years, to Brooks Defyance this July, trained in them, completed a triathlon in them and soon I’ll be running my first 10K in them and I LOVE them! I completely agree with your Pros. Oh, and I went to a small running store in Boston and found the owner extremely helpful and really helped me find the best sneakers for my feet.
